About Interiors of Ely
Established in 2001 and proudly family run, Interiors of Ely is your local destination for bespoke craftsmanship, quality home furnishings, and distinctive gifts. Led by cabinet maker Nigel since 2014, we combine decades of woodworking expertise with a passion for helping you create a home you truly love.
Our heritage and passion for cabinet making
Interiors of Ely originally opened its doors in 2001. In 2004, Nigel took over the helm, bringing a lifelong dedication to the craft after starting out as an apprentice cabinet maker at the age of 16. In 2025, we relocated to Littleport to expand into larger, fully equipped workshops. This move allows our dedicated team to take on bespoke furniture commissions of any scale, from one-off accent pieces to complete room suites.
Unique furniture, antiques, and thoughtful gifts
Every home tells a story, and our curated collection reflects that diversity. We craft bespoke furniture across all design styles—from classic antiques to sleek modern designs—alongside carefully selected second-hand furniture with authentic character. Complementing our larger furniture pieces, you will also discover unusual gifts for every occasion and beautiful handmade cards, all available to browse online and collect at our store.
Why visit our Littleport showroom
Unlike impersonal high-street chains, we are an independent family-run business that offers one-off, handcrafted designs rather than mass-produced items—often at prices that beat the big retailers. We love meeting both new and returning customers at our Littleport shop to talk through ideas, advise on showroom pieces, and even give guided tours of our workshop so you can see where the magic happens. Reserve your favourite items online and collect them in person whenever you are ready.
"Nigel crafted a stunning bespoke dining table for our home that is truly one of a kind. The quality is exceptional, and visiting the workshop in Littleport made the whole experience special."
